Custom Design Orders

  • Please contact us at CahrisBoutique@gmail.com to inquire about design ideas and estimated cost before purchasing a services unless you are 100% sure. 
  • Location.  Please be mindful that we are located in Kansas City, MO.  We service all, but shipping cost will be applied. 
  • Check Out.  Please include garment details in the comment box when submitting an order.  Garment details include fabric type, color, and additional notions such as appliqués, zippers, buttons, elastic, etc.  Please also include your budget and timeframe.
  • Contract Agreement.  All clients are required to review and sign a client contract agreement.  This contract agreement will protect both the client and seamstress. Clients will receive a copy of the contract agreement for their records.  During the course of production, the client and seamstress will communicate garment changes via email which includes design, notions, trim, and estimated cost.  If you would like a copy of our agreement for review please email us at CahrisBoutique@gmail.com.
  • Fittings.  Depending on the garment type all clients are required to have at least two fittings.  The first fitting will include a detail garment review, measurements and contract signing.  Clients will be able to try on their garment at the second fitting and we will make alterations if necessary.  If no major adjustments need to be made then the client will be able to pick up their garment during the second fitting.
  • Online Virtual Orders.  Orders submitted online will be limited to custom fittings depending on their location.  Garments will be created based off measurements provide in the contract agreement or the standard size guide (xs-xl, etc.).  We recommend clients to get a professional measurement fitting to submit with their order.  Made-to-order garments will take approximately 3 to 6 weeks for production depending on style design.  Please include your phone number, email address, and garment details including size, fabric type, notions, etc. in the comment box at check out.  After your order is placed, we will contact you via email to schedule a video call to review your order details and complete the client contract agreement.  
  • Payment.  Payments are expected in full.  Estimated cost are listed under each service and the price includes materials and labor for most basic designs. Design cost will very depending on the style, quality of fabric, and notions.  Full estimated payment is due at the time of the clients first consultation/fitting.  Please review the contract agreement in full detail regarding design payment.  We will not start garment until legitimate payment is in full.
  • Returns.  No refunds on custom orders, we offer a 100% client guarantee policy.  All clients are required to try on their clothing item(s) to ensure that they are satisfied with design and fit.  If you are uncomfortable with your fit or design please express your feelings as soon as possible.  We will be happy to make adjustments if additional work needs to be completed.
